Master, Your Disciple Is Very Well-Behaved

In the ethereal Celestial Realm, Yu Muxuanran is gentle and kind, beautiful and noble. As the beloved disciple of Immortal Venerable Bu Nianyi, she is hailed as the most beautiful immortal in the heavens. Countless immortals admire her, yet her heart has never stirred for anyone.

Then one day, a little girl named Bai Ruoxue bursts into her world without warning, like a beam of light.

"Master, this spell is so hard. I can't learn it." Bai Ruoxue looks troubled as she asks Yu Muxuanran for help. Yu Muxuanran smiles and asks, "Then what would you like to learn?" Bai Ruoxue's eyes light up. "I want to learn swordplay!" Yu Muxuanran replies gently, "All right. I'll teach you swordplay."

Once Bai Ruoxue has learned swordplay, she starts clamoring again. "Master, now I want to learn spells." Yu Muxuanran raises an eyebrow and asks with a smile, "Didn't you say spells were hard?" Bai Ruoxue begins to wheedle, twisting from side to side. "I don't care. I want to learn spells!" Yu Muxuanran laughs, helpless but indulgent. "All right, all right. I'll teach you."

Who could have guessed that once Bai Ruoxue learned magic, she'd cause a huge disaster? Liao Tianyu comes running in a panic, shouting, "Master, Master, there's been a terrible incident! Junior Sister Ruoxue used the Sacred Flame spell to stew the koi your master was raising into soup!" Yu Muxuanran's expression changes instantly. She demands, "When did this happen? Where is she now?" Liao Tianyu pants as he answers, "Ruoxue is in the Ice Palace. The Venerable says he'll consider forgiving her once the Ice Palace is blooming with flowers. If she can't manage it, then..." Yu Muxuanran is so anxious that her eyes redden. She asks tearfully, "Then what?" Liao Tianyu says quietly, "She'll be banished to the mortal realm."

Yu Muxuanran is bewildered. She thinks to herself that it was only a carp, surely her master wouldn't punish her so severely. Before she can make sense of it, Liao Tianyu continues, "Junior Sister Ruoxue also injured Venerable Yuxi." Yu Muxuanran is shocked and quickly asks, "Why did she attack my martial aunt?" Liao Tianyu explains, "Because Venerable Yuxi likes Master and even declared that she wants you to marry her. Junior Sister Ruoxue said, 'Master belongs to no one!'"
