Zhen Ye wakes up in a real-life game with no memories of his past, and an attack stat of zero. He's a total weakling.

Unable to kill monsters, Zhen Ye has no choice but to take the hardest path.

Other players clear an instance by killing a few monsters, earning enough points, and escaping with ease.

Zhen Ye clears an instance by leading the whole team to complete it from start to finish.

After years of painstaking, tireless effort, Zhen Ye finally becomes a famous cheat in the real-life game, decked out in top-tier gear, with the highest health and defense, but an attack stat of 1.

When others fight monsters, it looks like this:

Monster HP: -10, -12, -100, -120... Monster dies x_x

Player HP: -9, -20, -50, -20... Player is on the brink of death orz++

When Zhen Ye fights monsters, it looks like this:

Monster HP: -1-1-1-1-1-1-1... Monster dies x_x

Zhen Ye HP: -1-1-1-1-1-1-1... Zhen Ye HP: 999000 ^_^

Zhen Ye: We're all just noobs nibbling away at each other. Have fun, everyone!

Monsters (in unison): We're not having fun!!

Many years later, Zhen Ye still remembers the words that sounded beside his ear after he cleared his first instance:

[Welcome to the real-life game. Your misery is our pleasure!]

I didn't let you down. Your misery is my pleasure too.

#If life cheats you, slap it right back#

#Some people may be called hopeless weaklings, but they're actually pros#

----An irresponsible little skit----

Zhen Ye: As a noob with zero attack power, I need to master some unusual skills if I want to play well. 0.0

Voice-over: Such as?

Zhen Ye: Such as ninety-eight special techniques for cross-dressing, mental preparation for an upcoming wedding, how to wear a princess's dress, and what's underneath the skirt.

Voice-over: What's underneath?

Zhen Ye: A petticoat, of course. 0.0

Ling Xiao was once the Sword Sect's most gifted prodigy.

Then he became the Sword Sect's disgrace.

The only thing between those two was the trust of his master, the leader of the Sword Sect.

Ling Xiao had failed to live up to the Sword Sect leader's thirty years of care and guidance.

Ling Xiao killed himself at the Sword Mound.

That day, he was betrayed by both the master he loved most and all the people he had sworn to protect.

A thousand years later, a scarred hand crawls out of the Sword Mound, clutching the Chaos Sword that had killed him.

He hears that the sanctimonious Lord Honglin still sits comfortably as head of the Sword Sect, honored and admired by all. In the end, he cannot accept it.

+++++

The Sword Sect's leader, Lord Honglin, brings back a supremely talented sword seed from the southern mountains. The child is said to have lost both parents, is innocent and naive, and has only one thing in his eyes: the sword.

Everyone says the child resembles someone who must not be named.

Lord Honglin only shakes his head and denies it, saying he is just doing a good deed.

Doing a good deed for whom?

No one knows.

A story about a darkened disciple returning to take revenge on his master, and doing all sorts of things to him.
