[Serenade of Peaceful Joy] Jade Linked Rings

Coming next: The Heir's Chef Fiancée (Ming Dynasty)~

Completed: I'm Just That Kind of Girl (Qing Dynasty)

Completed: Little Qianqiu (Ming Dynasty)

[Blurb]

I often remember the pavilion by the stream at sunset, so entranced that I forgot the way back. When our fun was over, we rowed home late, accidentally entering the heart of the lotus flowers. We rowed and rowed, startling a whole sandbank of gulls and herons into flight.

[Author's note]

A short fanfic.

The female lead, Zhao Mixiang, is an original character, the daughter of Liu E and younger sister of Emperor Renzong.

I'm not particularly familiar with Song Dynasty history, so there may be a few minor errors. I'll do my best to avoid them. The story is mainly based on the TV series, and I hope you enjoy it.

I originally wanted to call it "Ru Meng Ling," but I saw that many stories already used that title, so I changed it to "Jade Linked Rings." The blurb is from Li Qingzhao's "Ru Meng Ling: I Often Remember the Pavilion by the Stream at Sunset."

Theme: Startling a whole sandbank of gulls and herons into flight.
