Once the man regains his memory, he leaves a check and walks away. But a few days later, Shen Xi Ci opens the door to a hotel room and finds the man has somehow grown on the sofa. Back at his rental, another man has grown on the sofa. After moving, Shen Xi Ci makes a point of not buying a sofa. At three in the morning, Sheng Shao Yan brings his own sofa and knocks on the door of Shen Xi Ci’s new home. Shen Xi Ci: “...” Is he a cat trying to scam me? The man asks, unhurriedly, “That day, were you the one who stabbed his hand with a knife?” The day he wakes from the dream, Xu Ling Jia sees Shen Xi Ci working as a minor actor on set, soaked through after getting caught in a downpour, and suddenly tightens his grip on the script.
