[American Entertainment] Crown of Thorns

[Switching roles] How would you describe Theodore Leicht? "Can you imagine an award-winning actor who captures the admiration and favor of everyone in the Academy one moment, then turns around and makes a cult film the next? That's exactly what Theo did, leaving them both loving and hating him." - The New York Times "He seems to have a strange power to save bad movies. Worried your film will win a Razzie? No problem, just get Theodore Leicht. You might even get an Oscar nomination." - The Los Angeles Times "People always say I'm a tyrant on set. That's a rather broad label, considering there's a Leicht on set now. You see, watching him act is a pleasure because he has an overpowering charisma. But watching him act opposite anyone else is an utterly brutal slaughter." - James Cameron "That guy is a lunatic." "A warm-hearted guy, a foodie, and someone whose mental age is absolutely three or four times his physical age." "He's a legend. He spent his whole life embodying four words: enjoy the movies." This story will be serialized exclusively on Jinjiang starting Wednesday, November 11, 2015 [yes, Singles' Day]. No reposting. Please show some respect. Tips: 1. A reborn story, with a slow-paced, plot-driven narrative. Before being reborn, the male lead was an award-winning actor from a parallel world. The leads switch roles, and the male lead has friends everywhere. Call him Grandpa Theo [∑ what?]; 2. Maximum indulgence + maximum satisfaction + brainless fun + a golden cheat. He has a mental illness, but won't go up to the rooftop; his personality has cracks, but he won't actually split into separate personalities [∑ hey]; 3. The release years of films, award results, and casting choices may sometimes differ from reality. The author isn't a professional, so unless it's a major plot hole, just consider it creative license [∑ get out]. Support Dust, and get the scoop on more new stories! Just six months later, the ruler of Jin sent Prince Jiu to Qin and Prince Si to Zhao as hostages, and Jin became a vassal state. The ruler of Wei followed suit, sending Prince Liang to Qin and Prince Lang to Zhao as hostages. Three months later, the princes of Jin and Wei each presented a map, a princess, and several beautiful women at the Qin palace. The King of Qin was delighted and said, "What good brotherly states! They must be treated with courtesy and allowed to stay in the Qin palace." The princes of Jin and Wei replied in unison, "We would never dare. Please think it over carefully." After the King of Qin invited them again and again, the princes of Jin and Wei finally believed in his sincerity. They knelt in the hall and cried out three times in thanks for the king's grace, then moved into the Qin palace with their attendants and concubines. Notes: 1. Neither a transmigration story nor a rebirth story. A serious, power-struggle story with a relationship that is half love and half mutual destruction (probably). 2. Both protagonists are scumbags!!! Zhao Zheng is a scumbag in the first half, and Wei Liang remains one from beginning to end. 3. This is an alternate-history Spring and Autumn and Warring States setting (mainly the Warring States period). The main reason is that if the author tried to research everything, they wouldn't be able to write the story at all... So the setting is alternate history to make things easier for everyone, though some characters are based on real people. 4. Criticism of the plot and characters is welcome; personal attacks against the author are absolutely not. Thank you. 5. The story basically butterflies the use of courtesy names. The main reason is that the author is terrible at coming up with names! Theme:
