Ulaanbaatar at Night

Lu Chen traveled thousands of miles to the Mongolian Plateau and settled in Ulaanbaatar at 47°55′ north latitude and 106°55′ east longitude. Nestled at the foot of Bogdahan Mountain and with the Tula River flowing slowly through it, this isolated city has extremely distinct four seasons. The short spring breeze carries fine sand, the grasslands are covered with deep green in midsummer, the mountains and fields turn golden in autumn, and the long and cold winter covers thousands of miles of snowfields. Half of it is city fireworks, and half of it is boundless wilderness. He walked into this land and met the herders who have lived here for generations, watched Mongolian horses strolling on the grass slopes, watched the dusk spread over the undulating grasslands, and waited for the starry sky to fill the silent night. In the song of the long wind blowing through the wilderness, in the warm fragrance of milk tea and cow dung, he slowly understood the loneliness and tenderness of this plateau. The morning and dusk of the grassland, the passing of the four seasons, and the restrained and long-lasting feelings between people are all hidden in the quiet night of Ulaanbaatar. Purpose: To pursue the distance in my heart, reconcile with myself in the vast wilderness, and feel the gentleness and vastness of the grassland.
