[Timeline begins in 2013]
Jiang Tinghan is a rookie variety show producer just starting out, mentored by PD Na. She is determined to invite every big name in Korean entertainment onto her shows.
Naturally, this includes G-Dragon, currently the biggest name in K-pop, with no one daring to claim the top spot ahead of him.
But Jiang Tinghan and Kwon Jiyong dislike each other at first sight. They're like oil and water, with nothing in common. Kwon Jiyong won't even watch the laid-back travel variety shows that Jiang Tinghan inherited from her mentor before turning them down. She designs competition shows to suit Kwon Jiyong's tastes, but he says they're too tiring and turns them down. She is about to pitch him a mystery-solving show when he passes on that too.
Then how about spending a day sitting in the observation room, watching other people's lives?
Kwon Jiyong says, "I'm not interested in other people's lives. Sorry."
How about a food exploration show?
Kwon Jiyong: "How is that any different from a travel show?"
Whenever Jiang Tinghan hears industry gossip saying, "Kwon Jiyong is a great senior. He's so reliable to work with," she gets irritated. Where on earth did that rumor come from?
Anyway, she and that guy just can't seem to get on the same wavelength.

Kwon Jiyong likes plenty of girls, but there's only one girl he hates: Jiang Tinghan.
A long time ago, so long ago that he had only just debuted, he saw Jiang Tinghan once.
The girl was young, but stunningly beautiful, with fair skin, long hair, and round black eyes, just like the adored heroine of a manga.
He felt Cupid's arrow pierce his heart. He was smitten with Jiang Tinghan at first sight. I mean, he fell in love at first sight.
But as the girl looked at his poster, she said casually to the person beside her, "He's so ugly. If he ever got into a relationship, it definitely wouldn't end well."
And just like that, Kwon Jiyong's young heart shattered completely.
Time passed, and he became the most popular idol around, with countless fans swooning over him. But even now, when night fell and he was alone with his thoughts, he still couldn't forget those words: "So ugly. It wouldn't end well."
Then he met Jiang Tinghan again. She didn't remember him at all, and even invited him to be a guest on her variety show. Of course, he did everything he could to turn her down. But he never let his dislike show when he rejected her, only saying, "Your work isn't good enough yet." That way, Jiang Tinghan would keep coming up with newer, more interesting proposals, and he could keep enjoying the ugly look on her face when yet another proposal she'd racked her brains to create was rejected.
But little by little, he realized that he was actually starting to care about Jiang Tinghan. She was becoming more and more popular, excelling at every kind of variety show, from music competitions and acting contests to retro nostalgia and parent-child activities. She had even surpassed her own mentor. The Korean variety show scene was no longer divided between Kim Tae-ho PD and Na Young-seok PD. Now it was Jiang Tinghan PD at the top, with everyone else trailing behind.
The young heart that had once gone quiet began to beat again, but he still couldn't get past that old grievance.
"I won't invite you again," Jiang Tinghan said.
Kwon Jiyong was stunned. "Why?"
Jiang Tinghan: "You wouldn't accept anyway, would you?"
Kwon Jiyong: "That's because...!"
At last, he told her the reason.
Jiang Tinghan didn't look the least bit remorseful. Instead, she rolled her eyes in exasperation.
"Are you crazy? I was talking about the guy my friend had a crush on!"
Kwon Jiyong: "Huh?!"

Everyone knows Jiang Tinghan and Kwon Jiyong are famous rivals in Korean entertainment. They've both said plenty of snide things about each other on camera.
When "Dragon-Han Romance Revealed" hit the top of the trending topics, everyone was baffled.
"What the heck? So I was the clown all along!!!"
1. In this story, Jiyong isn't so quick to speak his mind, so readers with high blood pressure, be warned.
2. It should be hilarious overall, but once the misunderstanding is cleared up, there will be a groveling arc.
3. Dragon-Han 6.0. Blurb written on September 20.
Theme: Love is free and eternal.
