The Villainous Cannon Fodder Is Finally Fighting Back

Handsome top, beautiful bottom, 1v1, both inexperienced, marriage first and love later. The bottom has a first love, and the top has a nominal first love. ABO.

Yun Que was a notorious rich young master in Chengyang, always out partying and living for pleasure. Yet, to everyone's surprise, at twenty he hastily married the person chosen for him in an arranged match.

His spouse was eight years older, a gentleman and a bore, often away because of work and quick to leave even at social gatherings.

Aside from their marital obligations, the two rarely spoke.

After marrying an older man, Yun Que felt awkward about hanging out with his old friends, so he grew close to the fourteen-year-old sister-in-law who lived with his family.

His sister-in-law was full of wild ideas and had a distinctive way of speaking.

But the better they got along, the more pity she looked at him with. She often seemed to want to say something, until one day she finally blurted out:

"Hey, you really have a lot of nerve. Do you know you're the cannon fodder in a forbidden-love story?"

Yun Que: "Cannon fodder? Me?"

Sister-in-law: "Yeah! You're such a little dummy, stop pretending to be cool. Haven't you noticed he keeps going to the old family residence? It's all to see my second sister-in-law. He even left your birthday party yesterday because of her!"

Oh? He really hadn't noticed. He'd thought his husband had simply turned thirty and suddenly developed a burst of filial devotion.

The older you get, the more homesick you become.

Still, how interesting. He was already bored with his life as it was.

Yun Que slowly curled his lips into a smile. "Even if I'm cannon fodder, I'll be the most vicious kind. Just watch."

I'm best at stealing other people's spoils.
