He Yun had a long, sweet dream.
She dreamed she had become an Italian girl named Luna, and while studying at a university in Milan, she fell passionately in love with a handsome Italian boy.
He had soft, fluffy brown curls that looked so soft you could run your fingers through them;
His blue eyes could hold the whole Tyrrhenian Sea;
His voice was gentle and tender, especially when he called her name;
And he had a tall, strong physique...
In short, falling in love with him was only natural.
He Yun thought: Once it's light, she had to draw him. His name was Maldini, and he was a soccer player. She would save up to visit Milan in Italy and see if she could meet him.
"Mamma, mamma..."
He Yun was so immersed in this beautiful dream that she didn't want to wake up. It was her first dream this wonderful, so she had to enjoy every last bit of it. But then a childish voice suddenly rang in her ear and wouldn't go away.
What kind of kid was this? How could they disturb someone's sweet dreams?
He Yun struggled to open her eyes and saw a blond, blue-eyed doll. Come to think of it, the little one looked rather familiar.
Wait! Wasn't this a miniature version of the male lead in her dream?!
When the two-year-old saw Mommy open her eyes, he froze, then pouted and buried his face in He Yun's arms, crying.
"Mamma, mamma, waah..." The little one's crying followed a gradual crescendo: first a quiet whimper, then louder and louder, until he was bawling.
He Yun was completely bewildered. Why had she woken up from a dream to find a child calling her Mommy?!
Outside the hospital room, Maldini was discussing his wife's condition with the doctor. The moment he heard his son crying, he rushed into the room.
"Luna, Luna..." Even someone as strong as Maldini couldn't hold back his tears when he saw his wife suddenly awake. He cried as he called her name.
He Yun looked at the two of them, both crying their eyes out, and her mind filled with questions. Could someone please tell her what was going on? Why was this child calling her mamma? Why was this man calling her by the name from her dream? Why did he look exactly like the man she had fallen in love with in her dream?
Maldini noticed the confusion in his wife's eyes as she looked at their son and hurried to explain:
"You haven't met him yet. He's our son. He's already two years old."
He Yun: ...
Help! How could someone make such a huge mistake?! All she'd done was have a lovely dream. How had waking up left her with not only a husband, but a child too?!
