Sis, Stop Hitting Me

The inheritance left by Yang Yueqing's mother was stolen by her maternal aunt.

Yang Yueqing went to her aunt's home again and again, but one day her aunt had a headache, the next she had a chill. For a whole month, Yang Yueqing was turned away at the door.

"Well, look at you, now that you're a government official's wife, you don't even recognize your own relatives!"

Yang Yueqing followed her aunt around for two months, trying to get her family property back.

Then she stumbled into a contest and, by a twist of fate, won first place!

And the prize was a good-for-nothing husband!

Xi Jiasheng married a wife.

The moment she lifted her bridal veil, she started grilling him about his family background.

Xi Jiasheng glared at her. "Why should I tell you?"

The other party whacked him on the head with a club, then hung him from a roof beam all night.

Unwilling to take that lying down, Xi Jiasheng found some people to teach her a lesson.

Who knew she would take on seven people at once and come home with barely a smudge on her skirt?

Xi Jiasheng got a little scared and started avoiding her, cursing her under his breath when she wasn't around:

"Country bumpkin! Long hair, short wits!"

Then the next day, she beat up his archenemy and even forced his younger sister to her knees.

Xi Jiasheng swallowed nervously and brought her some hot water to wash her feet.

"Big Sis, I'll be good. Since you beat her up, you won't beat me up too, right?~"
