[I'm discontinuing this story. It will be unlocked automatically. The author is ill and won't be writing anymore. I wanted to unlock it early, but there's nothing I can do; I have to follow the process.]
For the three-hundredth time, Takeno Yuri confessed to young master Naoya. In response, he delivered a string of sarcastic, cutting remarks, capped off with a crisp, "Get lost."
Yuri cried as she fled to a shrine, where she complained to the deity rumored to be especially good at granting wishes about love:
"You promised it would work! Waaaaah, give me my money back! Give it back!"
The moment she finished speaking, a doll that looked exactly like Naoya rolled off the offering table and into her arms.
"...Huh? Does this mean that if I can't sleep with the real thing, I can sleep with the doll?"
The doll she received was strange. It could grow warm and blush, and it could glare at her. When she touched its chest, it would suddenly go stiff, just like young master Naoya. Most unbelievably, one night it even grew to life-size!
Yuri thought about it, then thought some more...
"The doll really is something special, just as you'd expect from a gift from the gods!"
Yuri named the doll Little Naoya and began raising it: bathing it, changing its clothes, sleeping beside it, playing make-believe. In short, kissing and touching it, and doing all sorts of naughty things...
One night, while drunk, she stared at the breathtakingly handsome man before her, with a scar at the corner of his mouth, dangerous and mysterious, and resolved to give him a dramatic rescue from his life of misery!
"My savior, can I keep you, no, I mean, can I get to know you properly?"
Before she could finish, a familiar surge of cursed energy came roaring toward them.
Young master Naoya stood before her, his beautiful golden eyes filled with jealousy hot enough to burn to ash.
"Takeno Yuri, you shameless woman!"
"After what you did to me, you still have the nerve to seduce Toji?!"
[Naoya's POV]
Ever since the annoying lovesick girl failed to confess to him for the three-hundredth time, Naoya had been plagued by "ghosts."
For instance, his face would suddenly get pinched while he was walking. Suggestive red marks would appear on his body. Or his mouth would inexplicably be smeared with saliva, while someone played with his tongue.
One night, he even remained fully conscious as he felt a shuddering, tingling sensation creep up his thigh...
When he finally used every means at his disposal to find the source of this "sorcery," he discovered that the culprit who had toyed with him, robbed him of his innocence, and made his life a living hell was blushing shyly in front of the man he admired most, Toji!
Reader's Guide:
Written to indulge the author's tastes. OOC warning (highly emphasized).
The endgame pairing will be Naoya.
This isn't a pure romance. There will be a love rivalry; the author loves writing love rivalries, especially men chasing after the heroine.
Naoya, Toji, and the heroine will all have romantic entanglements (highly emphasized). Gojo is just there for an unrequited crush and a few scenes.
Recommended for readers familiar with Jujutsu Kaisen. Not suitable for readers unfamiliar with it.
The heroine is a silly, sweet, soft-hearted beauty, and she really is stupid. Early on and in the flashbacks, she's completely devoted to Naoya. She's simply partial to the Zenin family's good looks.
I'll do my best to recreate Naoya's awful personality from the original, but he'll definitely be a little nicer than in canon, since this is romance, after all. Readers familiar with the usual Naoya bullying-and-mistreatment scenes may find some of them here.
No writing advice of any kind, please (highly emphasized).
The warnings in the blurb have already been highlighted. If anyone still ignores them and complains, I'll delete the comment regardless of its subscription status.
Theme: If you like someone, be bold and say so.
