Oathbound Infinite Flow: My Ruthless Teammates Go on a Rampage

[Chinese-style horror Infinite Flow + an entire cast of ruthless characters + patriotism + no saintly do-gooders + protecting the real world]

The Yellow Springs supernatural domain appeared out of nowhere, randomly abducting people and forcing them to clear its stages. Anyone who entered its Chinese folk-culture scenarios faced near-certain death. Corpse-filled bodies hung from beams, parasites burrowed beneath skin, and people were sacrificed in blood rites. Extreme, stomach-churning horror lurked everywhere.

Shen Yan, Su Zhe, Lu Chen, and Xie Xun, each with a unique skill, were accidentally drawn into the domain together. Shen Yan wielded a cold burial knife, cutting down evil spirits at close range. Su Zhe used a brush dipped in cinnabar to draw talismans and form arrays that subdued every demon. Lu Chen had formidable inner power and a body of iron, letting him take on evil spirits head-on. Xie Xun excelled at communicating with spirits and could trigger a three-minute, domain-wide time stop in a desperate situation.

When the four first met, they eyed one another warily and fought without holding back. Each was proud and ruthless, unwilling to team up with anyone. One challenge after another followed: ghost weddings in desolate villages, parasites raised in old mansions, and blood sacrifices in mass graves. Alone, they were pushed to the brink of death again and again. After several brushes with disaster, they were forced to set aside their grudges and work together to survive. When they stumbled into a scenario set in the trenches of the War of Resistance, they found the loyal souls of those who had died for their country trapped in a world steeped in the evil energy of chaos. Using proper funerary rites, the four gathered the scattered bones and laid the fallen spirits of the nation to rest.

The deeper they ventured, the more they realized that the dead were not the only ones harming people. Evil people in the real world lurked in the shadows, using the domain to refine evil spirits from the living and traffic in underworld goods. Their crimes were monstrous. From scheming against one another to entrusting each other with their lives, the four formed the Yellow Springs Burial Squad. They journeyed through a thousand years of cursed lands, exterminating evil people and spirits, then faced off against the source of the Yellow Springs. As ordinary morticians, they laid to rest the countless wronged souls of the world and guarded the boundary between yin and yang.
