The Intern Is Actually a Corporate Raider

Lin Wanxing was a veteran employee at the company when her boss saddled her with a “problem intern,” Gu Yanchen. He was clumsy and made mistake after mistake: filling out reports incorrectly, getting meeting minutes all wrong, and even losing an important contract. Lin Wanxing spent every day cleaning up after him, so frustrated she wanted to quit. Just as the company was on the verge of bankruptcy and everyone faced unemployment, the good-for-nothing intern who had given her so many headaches showed up at the acquisition signing in a custom-tailored suit, revealing himself as the heir to the conglomerate. It turned out he had come to inspect the company incognito, and she was the only senior employee who had “stuck by him.” After the acquisition, Gu Yanchen’s demeanor changed completely, and he pursued Lin Wanxing relentlessly. “Senior Lin, you used to clean up my messes. How about I spoil you from now on?” A workplace romance that flips the power dynamic begins, blending play the pig to eat the tiger with love after marriage.
