The Mermaid Princess and the Boy Who Hears Hearts

Princess Su Wan of the merfolk comes ashore in search of the lost Tide Pearl, a key to maintaining the waters of the merfolk realm. Unable to speak because merfolk must seal their voices when they come ashore, she meets Luo Xuan, a human boy who can hear her thoughts. Luo Xuan helps her search for the pearl, and along the way, Su Wan uses her tears to cure his failing eyesight. The two gradually fall in love. When a villain tries to seize the pearl and destroy the sea, Su Wan breaks the seal on her voice and awakens the power of the tides, while Luo Xuan uses his mind-reading ability to uncover the plot. In the end, they protect both the waters and their love.
