Gao Meng and the Redemption War of the Malicious Prosthetic

Former special forces soldier Gao Meng was gravely wounded while protecting his comrades during an extreme mission, losing his right arm. When he woke, he had been fitted with a biotechnological mechanical prosthesis codenamed “Guardian,” secretly developed by the military. The prosthesis possessed incredible strength, but its true secret was its ability to sense and absorb the “malice” of nearby living beings, converting it into energy. The stronger the malice, the more terrifying its power. But this power came at a price: every absorption quietly eroded Gao Meng’s sanity, luring him toward a chasm of violence and paranoia. Forced to retire, Gao Meng tried to return to an ordinary life, but the prosthesis’s hunger for malice kept dragging him into one conflict after another. He discovered that malicious emotions were rising unnaturally around the world, as if an unseen hand were driving the trend from behind the scenes. Gao Meng realized that his prosthesis might not be a coincidence, but part of a vast conspiracy: a mastermind’s plan to use humanity’s negative emotions as fuel to achieve an ultimate goal.
