The Frozen Core and the Voidstalker

Sylvia Frostheart carries an ancient True Ice core sealed within her, evidence of Lissandra's bargain with the Void.

As she flees, she is hunted by both the Frostguard and creatures of the Void. During an avalanche, she rescues an Avarosan warrior.

The tribal princess Sejuani takes her in, but this brings the Frostguard to lay siege to their stronghold.

When Lissandra's envoy threatens to slaughter everyone in the city, Sylvia decides to sacrifice herself to keep the Avarosans safe.

The instant she hands over the core, a Void rift suddenly tears open the sky.

The envoy shrieks in terror, "The deal is done?!"

The True Ice still lingering within Sylvia erupts, freezing the Void's grasping claws as they lunge toward her.

She turns to face the rift. "It's still up in the air who devours whom."
