Void Fisherman: Kaier Sitelin

Kyle Sterling reels a mysterious ecosystem orb out of a rift in spacetime. Inside it is a self-contained miniature world inhabited by an intelligent insectoid civilization.

The orb begins assimilating his ship, turning metal into forests and equipment into hives.

Scientist Bella discovers that the insects are replicating human history, and predicts Earth's end.

A tech conglomerate tries to seize the orb as a weapon, only to awaken the insectoid consciousness lying dormant within it.

The insect queen whispers in Kyle's mind: “Assimilation is evolution. Join us and become a pioneer of a new era.”

When the orb cracks open, Kyle must choose between destroying the insectoids and becoming one of them.

Clutching the orb, he leaps into the rift in spacetime. “Let the future see the choice humanity makes.”
