Our Midsummer Arrival

【Sweet youth romance｜Childhood friends｜Mutual devotion｜Both are each other's first｜Happy ending】 【Well-behaved top student and adorable girl VS aloof, cocky, handsome school heartthrob】 Six years ago, Xia Zhi's parents took her to a big city. Less than a year later, her family fell apart. Before the college entrance exam, she was forced to return to her registered hometown, a small county town. The moment she opened the bathroom door, she ran into three boys. She recognized her childhood friend Sheng Zhuo at a glance. He took her to a barbecue food stall, where one of his buddies asked him, “A-Zhuo, aren't you going to introduce her?” He said, “She's my little sister from the old neighborhood.” And just like that, everyone around them believed she was his little sister. One day, he suddenly asked, “Xia Zhi, since the day you came back, have you ever called me by my name to my face, even once?” Xia Zhi was baffled. “?” He got mad and insisted she stop calling him big brother. Only then did he feel a little better. Then, on the night of graduation after the college entrance exam, the entire school watched him lead the girl up to the rooftop and pin her against the wall, brushing his fingers over her lips. “Be good. Call me big brother, and I'll give you my life.” Blushing, Xia Zhi called him, “Big Brother A-Zhuo.” The boy cupped the back of her head with one hand and wrapped the other around her waist, coaxing her, “Baby, open your mouth. Big brother will teach you how to kiss.” In the end, Xia Zhi was kissed until she went weak all over. She clung to him and whined, “No more. I can't stand up straight.” “That's not enough.” 【A young crush is like an unripe fruit: tart and a little sharp, yet enough to make your heart race. It wasn't until that midsummer when I met you again that I realized the feelings I had as a child had already ripened long ago.】
