Dragon Ball: I'm Trunks, Vegeta's Son!

After transmigrating as Trunks, he had barely opened his eyes when he realized he'd landed in an apocalyptic scenario. Goku had already died of a heart disease, the Androids were slaughtering the Earth, and Krillin, Piccolo, and Tien Shinhan were all dead. His father, Vegeta, had just broken through to Super Saiyan under the guidance of a mysterious voice and was so full of himself that he planned to take on both killing machines alone.

Trunks burst into tears, and Vegeta heard every thought in his head: Dad, don't go get yourself killed. The haughty prince flew into a rage and shot into the sky in a flash of golden light, only to be punched into the ground by Android 18, leaving a bloody hole in his chest. Trunks clenched his fists and gritted his teeth. Big Brother Gohan and Uncle Piccolo are dead. If Dad dies too...

But what Trunks didn't know was that Vegeta had already heard an even more important secret: the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, the path to the next level of Super Saiyan, and even the tail requirement for the Super Saiyan 4 form. As Android 18 sneered over Vegeta's shattered armor, the tail that should have been severed was quietly tensing. Beneath the rubble, a deep voice sounded. "...Thanks for the reminder, Trunks."
