I, Godzilla, the Great Old One

The title of the book is actually not well chosen, which makes it difficult to combine the content well. But actually the whole book has little to do with Godzilla. The same goes for changing the protagonist to another large creature. Mainly the story of Lord Long Aotian, but using the Ke system of gods as the background. Plus some original settings. Of course, it doesn't sound like God to say that he is a god. Most gods are like relatively powerful human lords. Human nature is very strong but rationality is very low. My evaluation is that the very classic Long Aotian farming novel has its own innovations and is worth watching, but it may not stick to it because there are relatively few outstanding parts in the plot.

It not only continues the destructive aesthetics of Godzilla, the "King of Monsters", but also incorporates multiple settings such as prehistoric civilization and interstellar war, creating a grand mythological universe full of mystery and oppression.

The first part is pretty good, but the next hundred or so chapters seem to be written in the same routine, like a running account, and the ending is a bit sloppy, but overall it's pretty good.

It can be said to be a pseudo-epic. A very good book with a terrible title. It's like taking on the role of a false character and telling the entire story of the Kexi universe from his perspective. A very careful second creation, involving basically all the classic characters. Maybe this is what makes it easier for us to read. There are no particularly big twists and turns or suspense in the whole story. It just becomes stronger while sleeping, growing up round by round. It's good that we didn't deliberately create some confrontational relationship. There are a lot of perspective changes, including gods' perspective, mortal's perspective, and different stories, making it more like an epic.
