Superhero Dispatch Center: I Can Command Homelander

(This is a fanfic combining many Marvel universes. Marvel itself has a messy, complicated setting, so all I can promise is to do my best to keep the characters in character.)

As crime grew increasingly rampant in Sunny Sky City, the Superhero Association made a bold decision: they released the inmates who still had their wits about them and formed one special team after another to handle petty crimes.

Xu Yingxiong became a dispatcher. Though he was a mere mortal, he had to command a group of villains to save the city.

The unruly Homelander was always ready to tear him to pieces; Harley Quinn never knew when to hold back, leaving him to clean up her messes; Moonstone's resolve to be a hero wavered constantly, like a ticking time bomb...

A doomsday conspiracy was slowly taking shape in the shadows, as evil villains plotted an even greater disaster.

Could Xu Yingxiong stop the disaster and turn this group of villains into true heroes? Only time will tell.
