Tokyo 1996: Starting Out as a Police Academy Cadet

After being reborn in Tokyo, Yusaku Shiratori had only wanted to graduate quietly from the police academy, land a beat at a koban, save up to repay his debts, and eventually retire. But to his surprise, solving cases earned him rewards. Complete a case, and he could draw cash, information, or even unlock special abilities. From the first woman’s body by the lake, to a string of disappearances in Shinjuku, to cold cases even the higher-ups at the Metropolitan Police Department wouldn’t touch... One case after another was solved at his hands, and one criminal after another was brought to justice before him. Only later, surrounded by beautiful women, did Yusaku Shiratori slowly realize: A man really shouldn’t stand out too much.
