Since I read the first online novel "Blasphemy" in 2005, I have been attracted by this fantasy theme. Yanyu Jiangnan's unique writing style expresses my own outlook on life and values, adding another genre to the literary themes I love. This idea has been gradually shelved over the years due to the dual pressures of work and family. Until the children have grown up, the ambition and pressure of work have also faded a lot, and the bud that once existed can no longer be suppressed. Although I have written many short manuscripts in the past, this is the first time I have written a full-length online novel, and I feel very uneasy. First of all, this time I chose the ancient song Xianxia with a big theme, about the collision of Eastern and Western myths, and the debate between Taoism and Buddhist mythology. This type of subject matter is inconspicuous among the popular rebirth, fantasy and reasoning, and needs to be polished slowly. But I decided to continue writing. This is an idea that has been brewing for many years. Just like the current comprehensive competition and integration of Eastern and Western economies, technology, and culture, I just want to write something about our country. Taoism plays this role in the world's mythology system. Secondly, it was my first time to write a novel, and I was worried about whether my ideas could continue forever, and whether I could continue to persevere if there were no readers or never attracted readers' attention. Including the editors of Qidian, they were worried about whether they would appreciate this kind of relatively retro writing method. They were worried for a few days after submission. But as I write it, I feel relieved again. This is the embodiment of my thoughts, and it is also about some of my experiences, opinions, outlook on life and values.
