My personal experience. Going back to 2008, everything stemmed from that company project assignment. City C is a memory I will never forget. . . "Project Manager" is a workplace coming-of-age novel spanning seventeen years. In the winter of 2008, 24-year-old Zhou Tong went on a business trip to City C for the first time and joined the project team of Tyco Communications. As a young man, he experienced the embarrassment of forgetting to bring his formal clothes and going into battle while sick. He also got a glimpse of the complex context of the workplace through project manager Kang Zhiqiang, customer representative Jia Xiaoyu, successor Pang Wei and others - not only Kang Zhiqiang's sincerity of "doing things is a human being", but also Pang Wei's trade-off between reality and ideals, and the unexplained feelings between him and Jia Xiaoyu. In countless late nights of overtime work and plan changes, social drinks and key reports, Zhou Tong grew from a bewildered newcomer to a responsible backbone.
