In a post-apocalyptic world where strange rules have come, the protagonist discovers that he cannot be completely contaminated by the "rules", but can instead maintain absolute sanity on the edge of madness. Taking this as an opportunity, he becomes a "regulator" who travels among various forces to explore the truth about the changes in the world.
