The Mage Only Wants to Steal Monster Magic

After transmigrating to a fantasy continent, Lynn gains the ability to plunder monsters' magical traits and faces a three-part career quiz from an elven goddess at the Adventurers' Guild.

“I'll teach you the way of the warrior: skin like bronze, bones like iron, and blood surging like a dragon. No army can stand against you on the battlefield!”

No, thanks. Hand-to-hand combat is too savage.

“Then I'll teach you the art of the rogue: vanish without a trace, kill with a single strike, and explore dungeons and ruins to your heart's content!”

No, thanks. Sneaking around is shady and improper.

“How about the path of the ranger? Strike a target from a hundred paces, command nature, and make all creation your ally!”

No, thanks. Sleeping rough and living off the land is beneath me.

When Lynn refused to learn this or that, the elven goddess flew into a rage and punched him three times.

Later, Lynn became a mighty mage who beat up all kinds of monsters every day. From [Fire Bolt] to [Infernal Hellfire], from [Electric Claw] to [Heavenly Judgment], from [Freezing Ray] to [Eternal End].

A rookie adventurer's fantastical journey to becoming the God of Mages.

Actually, it's just the story of a transmigrator who only wants to be a mage, and hunts all kinds of monsters to make it happen.
