In the 127th year of the Star Core Era, the black tide in the Pacific swallowed up the bottom line of civilization before the flames of war. The nuclear waste storage cabin left in the deep sea from the old era ruptured due to geological changes, and tens of thousands of tons of radioactive materials seeped into the ocean currents. This forgotten emergency storage project eventually polluted half of the Pacific Ocean in an uncontrollable way. The "poison-finned fish" picked up by the fishermen had three heads. The skin of the residents along the coast was ulcerated into a map shape. The agency responsible for supervision had long since disappeared, and no one was left to deal with the leak. When only 12% of the world's clean water resources remain, and the last deep freshwater mine becomes the focus of competition, the armed forces of the Pacific Rim Resource Alliance tear apart all pretense.
