Shared Nightmares

I just wanted to make a little extra money, so I downloaded an app called Nightmare Sharing.

I recorded my dreams before bed each night, and the platform paid me for them.

It was fun at first, until I dreamed about a girl with a red umbrella falling into a subway entrance.

The next day, a news alert popped up: the same place, the same umbrella.

I thought it was a coincidence, but the more dreams I had and the more money I made, the more coincidences started happening in real life.

Only later did I learn that this app wasn't collecting dreams. It was sowing them.
