My Personal Recommendations, Mostly Long Novels
Excellent reads / wild ideas / satisfying stories
💥Dark, Cold, Ruthless, and Rational: No Female Lead or One Female Lead💥
I mainly recommend novels with no female lead, a single female lead, or a cool, ruthless protagonist who isn't an idiot. Mm-hmm, the list owner is a bit of a slacker, so updates are irregular.

A Reasonable Reader's Picks: The Logic Should Mostly Hold Up, with a Bit of Everything
I've been an avid reader for almost ten years, so my tastes are pretty varied. I recommend books for readers who want something beyond simplistic fiction: fewer tired tropes, fewer saintly characters, and fewer mindless face-slapping scenes. I also like books with relatable protagonists. More precisely, these characters act in ways that feel human. They can be good or bad, but their choices have to make sense. P.S. Please save and like the list so I can see what you enjoy. The list has reached

New-Release Fanatic (Also Recommending Older Books; Please Favorite and Follow~)
As long as I live, I'll keep testing books. As long as Qidian stays open, I'll keep updating this list. I haven't been reading much lately, and I'm pretty picky. My reviews may be slow too, ✍🏻️, but every book I recommend is still carefully chosen. Sometimes, when people look for something to read, they notice something strange: everyone's out of books, yet they still ask each other for recommendations. Isn't this way of huddling together for warmth kind of fun~ I think it's the words that br
Rational, Strong, and Dark Novels About Laying Low
Rational types: They know how to analyze and weigh their options, and when to advance or retreat. They don’t simply strike whenever the time seems right. They first assess the other side’s strength before deciding how to act, or they hide their own intentions altogether...

💖💖💖 I only collect books I like. 🍻🍻🍻 🍰🍰🍰 Reading novels is a hobby. 🍶🍶🍶 Some stay with me long after I finish. ✨✨ Some make me laugh until my stomach cramps. 🍰🍰🍰🍰 Some keep me up all night because I just have to finish them. 🍺🍺 Some move me deeply. 🍯🍯 I share them with everyone only when I truly think they're great. 🍎🍎💫💫
Handpicked Reads from the Sea of Books
These recommendations are based on my own reading experience as Chitang, so they may be worth considering. Following books is risky, so read with caution. The curator personally prefers xianxia, urban, historical, and light novels.
Different Stories, One Shared Interest
Realistic, meticulous, heartfelt, and engaging prose brings a vivid world to life. A steadfast, decisive, clearheaded, practical protagonist hones himself amid the turmoil of the mortal world and rises above it. A great starting point. The protagonist quickly adapts to circumstances, takes control of the situation, and creates a good environment for cultivation. He is resolute in his cultivation, decisive in his actions, and doesn't slack off in daily life, making steady progress.
A Whole Lot of This and That
A huge, huge, huge, huge jumble
Books I Personally Enjoy
In my opinion, if a book is well written and the author puts their heart into it, it's bound to be good. Whether it gets popular is another matter. (Some readers have asked why so many of the books I recommend haven't gone premium. The thing is, plenty of books start out with great premises and plots, but as they go on the characters or power scaling fall apart, or the story gets too dull to continue. For all sorts of reasons, I end up disliking them and don't recommend them. I'm picky about wh
Hidden Gems for a Light, Fun Read! Why Not Follow? (^▽^)~
I've been reading for over a decade. The first novel I read was probably Journey to the West. I was thrilled back then when I read Water Margin and Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Later, I dug through old books to find wuxia novels by Jin Yong, Gu Long, Liang Yusheng, Huang Yi, and Wen Rui'an. And even The Legend of the Swordsmen of the Shu Mountains by Huanzhu Louzhu. After that, there was no turning back. I started reading web novels around 2003. I remember starting with Jade Dynasty. A

A Haphazard List of Personal Favorites
These recommendations reflect my personal taste. The only thing all the books here have in common is that they're interesting enough to keep me reading. They can be about any subject. Lately I've been drawn to new authors with fresh subject matter. I can't stand formulaic fantasy level-up stories that follow the same template after the opening, no matter the setting. They often feature lots of gasps, shocked reactions, fighting above one's level, contempt, and so on.

First of all, I have never been an author, but I want to say, is it difficult to write a hundred chapters a day ? It's not that I'm being unreasonable. After all, I said at the beginning that I've never been an author.
Happy
I read this article as a lighthearted and funny article, but in the end, a bunch of people started killing each other in this chapter. Bobo is reincarnated, right😂
Anyone who has seen Dragon Clan knows this. A senior sister that Jiangnan will never forget. Then I saw it. All readers of this author's other books know it. Heroine. Never grow up. This represents the author's quirks. What is it?
Maybe I'm not a normal person
I just watched it not long ago, and only read more than 70 chapters, but there is a plot that runs through more than 70 chapters, which has always been haunted by me, like a stick in my throat. People who have never watched it may not understand it, so I will briefly describe it as a semi-spoiler 🙂: Change the perspective 🙂 → I keep a diary I'm used to it, but one day, my diary was stolen by a classmate from the class next door who played well with me. She posted my diary online and bought Doujia (1.4 Billion views 🙂). I chose to forgive; I learned my lesson this time. I used a password pad to write my diary, but she still stole it. , And directly broke my lock open, still posted my diary online, bought Doujia (1.4 Billion views 🙂), and I chose to forgive; This time I decided not to use a paper book to write a diary, I planned to write a diary on my mobile phone, and after my friend learned about this, after I bought the newbie I downloaded a virus to my phone when I was using the computer. He could watch my diary anytime and anywhere, and he could also turn on the live broadcast 🙂 while I was writing my diary. But I chose to forgive; Statement: I am just a paper person, so I have no right to decide my life. This is normal. Fans: "This female character is so cute, she is my favorite character!"
I've watched half of it now
Let me tell you my feelings. It's a really good book, but the more I read, the more I feel speechless. All the beautiful female supporting characters have no ill intentions towards the protagonist. There is never a beautiful woman who goes against the protagonist. The ones who kill are either ghosts or men. I am really speechless. Moreover, there are so many female characters, except Dong Dong, who is very likable, almost all others have no impression.
There are gold and jade outside, but inside there is decay.
This book is essentially a female romance film disguised as a cultivator of immortality. Unfortunately, its core romance core and external setting of cultivating immortality have not been firmly established. The inner emotional drama is empty and lacks the delicate description that touches people's hearts; the outer world of cultivating immortals seems hasty and sloppy, and the basic settings such as skills, realms, and magic weapons lack depth and necessary elaboration, and are reduced to a thin background board. The author is not without highlights. The large number of reversal plots he designed do bring some fun and excitement. However, the problem is that the reversals are too dense, which dilutes the narrative tension that should be there, which is too much. More critically, core inversion is often poorly executed. For example, the opening scene of "The Killing of the Division" should have been extremely impactful, but due to the fleeting battle scenes and feeble motivation explanations, the effect was greatly reduced, which exposed obvious errors in detail. The overall look and feel is like an ordinary bicycle tire being forcibly mounted on an electric vehicle - the intention is to integrate the advantages of the two, but the result is counterproductive: readers who pursue the construction of a traditional world of immortality ("cyclists") will find the setting perfunctory and too "clunky"; romance readers who expect in-depth portrayal of emotions ("electric bikers") will find it difficult to invest because of their unstable emotional foundation and "drift of center of gravity". Ultimately, it's hard to please both sides. It is true that market demand can also accommodate successful integration innovations such as "folding electric bicycles" (that is, excellent fairy tale romance works). However, the author's current writing skills are still insufficient, and the fusion of genres is quite regrettable. Given time, if you can work harder, you can look forward to the future.
Some of the characters are inexplicable. What is the significance of the character Dong Dong?
Let me first ask, is there no heroine? Or a single heroine?
It feels like there was a plan to write a female protagonist at the beginning, but later it became inexplicably without a female protagonist, which made people feel that it was neither good nor bad.
There is something in this introduction
Endless generosity, endless power. There are endless delicacies to eat and endless money to spend. There are endless carols to listen to and endless gifts to receive. Enjoy endless wealth and live endless years. ——Huang Liang Meng Note: The author who wrote this word also entered 🙂
