Set in Jiangzuo City, a small southern town in 2121, it tells the story of Fukuhara, an ordinary accountant, whose ordinary life was completely shattered by a transnational disaster. When the news about the explosion at Japan's Honzawa Biolab first emerged, he, like most people, didn't take it seriously.
