Lively Days in an Ancient Mountain Village

Zhao Mingyue is a modern-day transmigrator.

Zhao Mingyue's mother is a female martial artist from the jianghu who transmigrated here.

Zhao Mingyue's father is a transmigrator who was an unloved concubine-born son in the imperial palace.

Zhao Mingyue's older brother is a transmigrator who was a space pirate.

Zhao Mingyue's grandmother is a tough native of this world.

With a family like this, they'd succeed at anything they did and make a huge impact wherever they went. They were absolutely destined to accomplish great things.

But!

Their family are the protagonists of a melodramatic rural historical novel full of petty family squabbles and awful relatives.

Well, that's a lot less impressive.

P.S. Most of the plot consists of melodramatic, over-the-top stories, with an ensemble cast.

Theme: When the family gets along, everything goes smoothly.
