Yuri's world was invaded by demons, leaving him as the only dragon alive. His father sent him to another world to study magic, telling him to master it and then go back and reclaim their home.
But... Dad, I think you sent me to the wrong place.
Yuri stared at the creatures that could fly without wings and wrapped his own wings tightly around himself in terror. How had he been transported to the mysterious East from the legends?
They say the dragons here are incredibly powerful and violent, and really fierce. One bite, and a Western dragon is done for!
Scary.
I want to go home www
To keep them from discovering that he wasn't an Eastern dragon, Yuri had to hide his wings, tail, and horns every day. Only when he returned to his dorm at night, once his roommates were asleep, did he dare let them out and relax.
Fortunately, no one suspected anything. They thought he wasn't an adult yet and couldn't freely change his body, so he had to stay in human form.
His roommate was a little strange, though. He always liked ruffling Yuri's hair.
Yuri let out a huge sigh of relief and started looking forward to learning powerful magic here.
But...
Why could everyone else command the wind and rain, while all he could do was breathe fire?
They could fly without wings, but he couldn't. And he didn't dare show his wings. He watched them turn into dragons, their claws bigger than his head.
Yuri was grabbed by a claw and taken for a loop through the sky. By the time he landed, he was dizzy.
Luckily, his roommate kindly carried him back.
Later, on missions, every time Yuri wanted to show off, a burly Eastern dragon would shove him behind the others.
Being kept out of the action was bad enough, but everyone had to ruffle his hair, too!
Yuri tried to put up with it, but finally couldn't take it anymore.
He clung to his roommate and complained, "Are all Eastern dragons like this?"
His roommate ruffled his hair again. "What else would we be like? Like you?"
"Two little horns on your head, a pair of wings on your back." His roommate's gaze moved downward, and he raised a hand. Yuri immediately backed away.
"And two..."
Yuri clapped a hand over his roommate's mouth. His tail popped out and wrapped around his roommate's hand. Face bright red, he protested, "I don't have anything! Nothing at all!"
After a while, he came to his senses and asked, "When did you find out?"
His roommate replied, "The first night you arrived. Your wings wrapped around me, your tail curled around my hand, and your horns rubbed against me..."
Yuri let out a scream. "You Eastern dragons are so awful!"
Much later, Yuri rode on the back of an Eastern dragon and returned to his homeland. He roared at the demons, "Demons, prepare to face the wrath of an Eastern dragon!"
A silly, adorable, pampered Western dragon who pouts when ruffled as the pursued x a wicked, scheming Eastern dragon who is very good at pretending as the pursuer
