[FF7] Ouroboros

[Alien] [Prometheus] [FF7]

You wake from a long cryosleep with no memories of your past. All you know is that you are deeply in debt, and if you don't pay up soon, the government will seize even the shanty you call home.

To pay off your debts, you immediately sign on with an interstellar trading company as a logistics worker aboard one of its cargo ships. But the ship malfunctions during the journey, forcing you to land on an unknown planet and search for resources to repair it.

Luckily, you find a base. Neither you nor the other crew members realize that the shadow of death has already fallen over you.

A facehugger appears out of nowhere, and a horrifying creature hatches from a human body, killing the crew one by one. You hide in a corner and evade the monster, but once you are the only one left, it sets its sights on you.

In a blind panic, you flee into a secret chamber that looks like a laboratory. A humanlike creature lies inside a glass tank at its center.

The monster's breathing passes overhead. You narrowly dodge its attack in terror. At the same time, the human inside the tank gives a faint flutter of the eyelids and slowly opens a pair of green, slit-pupiled eyes.

The next moment, the glass shatters. The silver-haired man grabs the monster by the neck with his bare hands and kills it effortlessly.

His gaze fixes on you, and his beastlike pupils widen slightly. You hear him murmur, "My... beloved."

The good news: he killed the monster.

The bad news: he seems to think you're his former beloved.

Theme: Take your relationships seriously.
