The Person in My Dreams Is My New Boss

[Kurapika solo romance / light romantic comedy]

You were an average student in school, and after graduation you became an obscure office clerk. Your whole life, you'd had nothing to do with drama.

Until you went six months without a period. The doctor tactfully suggested finding a partner, and you tactfully replied that there was absolutely no way.

"You could also read some literary works as a substitute, just to break up the monotony," the doctor suggested at last.

You followed the doctor's advice and watched plenty of shows and movies, but it barely helped. Then one night, you dreamed of a golden-haired boy, followed by a series of very steamy events.

The next morning, two pieces of news were waiting for you.

The good news: your period had finally arrived.

The bad news: the vacant supervisor position had been filled, so you could no longer slack off whenever you wanted.

Not long after arriving at work, you heard your colleagues whispering that the new leader had just been parachuted in. You looked up.

That profile looked familiar no matter how you looked at it.

It seemed to belong to the man in your steamy dream.

That was a real problem.

Even worse, he looked over, and your eyes met.

Afterward, you got along well enough. He was the new boss, and you were the little office clerk, but you still dreamed about him every few days, and the dreams were still steamy.

A dream was a dream, and reality was reality. You thought you could clearly tell the difference.

Until one day, you went to his office to deliver some documents. As he lowered his head to sign them, a bite mark showed beneath his shirt collar.

If you remembered correctly... you really had bitten someone in your dream yesterday.

Feeling unbearably guilty, you looked away. He suddenly said, "You can stop staring. You left that mark, Miss Yuna. Don't you have anything to say?"

You: "Uh... am I fired, for the n+1th time?"
