An Encounter in Three Parts

Gu Yulan met the love of her life at the most wonderful time of her youth. He fulfilled every fantasy she had about a gentleman. Though there was a considerable age gap between them, it could not stop love from blossoming.

But love could not hold death at bay. In the end, Gu Yulan became the gentleman's most unusual bequest after his death.

Ying Changdong was sent abroad by his parents when he was young. After his father died, he returned to China to claim his inheritance, only to discover a beautiful, heartbreakingly vulnerable stranger at the funeral.

The lawyer read the will: all of his father's assets were to be divided equally into three shares. Ying Changdong and his birth mother would each receive one third, while the remaining share would go to the person his father had acknowledged as his lover.

What's more, this so-called lover was only three years older than Ying Changdong.

Theme: Keep striving to live, and work hard for each beautiful day.
