The Police Academy Teaching Assistant Becomes a Child Detective [90s Crime Investigation]

[1]

As an assistant instructor in the elite class at a police academy, Zhu Chaoyun was known for being strict.

After an accident, she transmigrated to the 1990s.

Good news: She wasn't the only one who transmigrated. Four of her students came along too.

Bad news: They were the four most mischievous, unruly troublemakers in her class.

They were always late, leaving early, getting into fights, and failing to return to the dorm before curfew. Zhu Chaoyun had scolded them more times than she could count.

So calling her and those four her "archenemies" in her previous life wasn't an exaggeration at all.

But... something about this situation didn't seem right.

Why had they transmigrated into adult bodies, while she was an elementary school student?

At their first meeting, one of her "archenemies" crouched down to study her. "This little rice ball looks so much like our assistant instructor."

Zhu Chaoyun, who often made them run laps as punishment: ...

Thanks for asking, but you've got the wrong person.

Zhu Chaoyun never imagined that after getting a second chance at life, she'd have to go to kindergarten with all her memories intact.

The teacher stood at the front of the classroom, solemnly explaining how much one plus one was. Zhu Chaoyun stared absentmindedly at the blocks in her hands.

Suddenly, someone rushed in through the door. His gaze swept around the room before finally settling on Zhu Chaoyun in the corner.

He picked her up off the floor and tucked her under his arm. "Sorry, I'm borrowing a kid from your class."

Then he took her straight to a crime scene.

Looking at the reinforcements his own officer had brought back, Zhu Chaoyun's father, station chief Zhu Minghai, fell into deep thought.

He pointed at Zhu Chaoyun, who was being held under someone's arm. "She's... a brilliant detective?!"

His officer replied confidently: "That's right."

Zhu Minghai: ...

Are they all right?

[Bonus Scene]

Zhu Minghai: You can solve cases?

Zhu Chaoyun, who didn't want to reveal her identity: I don't know, but they called me teacher.

Theme: Team spirit.
