The Severely Face-Blind Woman Gets a God's-Eye View in a Murder Case

[1]

Wen Youning transmigrated as soon as she graduated from college, despite having severe face blindness.

In this world, murders and bodies dumped in public were everywhere. A murder happened on average every other day.

Wen Youning had thought that as long as she kept her head down, she would live to a ripe old age.

But fate had other plans. As she sat on the sofa eating chips and watching a show, an interface suddenly appeared in her mind.

--Congratulations, player! You have successfully cleared the beginner's village and received the golden finger reward [God's-Eye View]. Please check it.

Wen Youning: Huh?

The very next second, before she could react, she saw a ferocious-looking man in a dilapidated stairwell pinning a victim to the floor and repeatedly stabbing their body with a dagger.

In an instant, flesh and blood flew everywhere. Blood stained everything around them, and red liquid trickled down the stairs onto Wen Youning's pale yellow cartoon slippers...

After she transmigrated, whenever a murder took place in this world, Wen Youning always appeared at the crime scene right away.

And every time, the killer who had just committed the crime noticed her...

Every time, Wen Youning ran for her life while the killer chased her with a cleaver.

Wen Youning, on the verge of a breakdown: Damn it! Who said this immersive God's-Eye View was a golden finger? It's a life-or-death escape room!

At last, after escaping countless times, she immediately went to the police station to report what had happened. After she vividly described everything she'd witnessed, the police asked what the killer looked like.

Wen Youning froze.

Oh, right. She was face-blind. She couldn't remember what the killer looked like!

Wen Youning never imagined that after escaping a crime scene, a killer would remember her and keep following her, waiting for a chance to kill her.

Sensing trouble, Wen Youning decided to come clean to the police.

"To be honest, I came from another world. The System gave me a golden finger: I can appear at crime scenes anytime, anywhere. Sometimes I'm brushing my teeth, sometimes I'm asleep, and sometimes I'm eating... Then somehow I end up there."

"You transmigrate often?"

"Yes!"

The two police officers exchanged a glance, then hesitantly asked, "How long have you been experiencing these symptoms? Is it recent... or?"

Wen Youning nodded like a bobblehead. "Recent! Recent!"

The police officer said, "Then there's still hope."

Wen Youning breathed a sigh of relief.

As he spoke, one officer took a pamphlet from a drawer and handed it to her. "Go take a look when you have time. You're young, and it's early. Don't give up."

Wen Youning looked at the pamphlet on the table, which read "Psychiatric Hospital"...

Who the hell was crazy?!
