Master, Why Did You Put a Love Gu on Me?

Heart-Questioning Stone, Heart-Questioning Stone, tell me: how can I make my feelings for my master mutual? I’ve already prepared immortal-binding ropes, an immortal-trapping formation, knockout powder, a potion that cripples immortal powers, a love worm… Heart-Questioning Stone: ? During my preparations, I seemed to arouse some suspicion, but I’m the first disciple of the number one person in the immortal sect. They soon stopped doubting me. It’s just that my master found the love worm I raised, and he’s worried I’ll go astray. Never mind. I’ve decided to make my move on my master at the sect’s grand banquet three days from now! At the sect’s grand banquet, my sunny, cheerful junior brother fell to the demonic path and slaughtered countless fellow disciples. My master, who should have been the one to uphold justice and kill his own family, developed a heart demon. He left me with the words, “You and I have nothing more to do with each other,” then fled to the Demon Realm with my junior brother and became a Demon Lord. Everyone raised their weapons and appointed me the leader of the campaign against the Demon Lord. Before setting out, I checked the storage pouch for the tools I’d planned to use on my master and discovered one love worm was missing. When I checked again, the child worm was on me, but the mother worm was in the Demon Realm, thousands of miles away. Master, Master, please tell me: why did you put a love worm on your disciple? ^_^ -- A few thoughts: * I’m going for an older-master-younger-disciple relationship! * First-person narration -- Here’s an upcoming novel! "After Our Fates Became Bound" Synopsis: Ye Lingxuan transmigrated into a book and became a spirit herb growing in the mountains. It had been doing just fine at the bottom of a cliff, until a man who fell from above bound their fates together: they would live and die together, and Ye Lingxuan would grow as strong as he became. The man was the book’s antagonist, Luo Wuya. Ye Lingxuan knew how Luo Wuya’s fate would unfold: First, he would be bullied by disciples of the sect. Then his closest friend would betray him and shove him into the Ten Thousand Demons Pit, nearly killing him. Just when he finally managed to master a cultivation technique, the overpowered protagonist would happen to pass by and rip out his immortal bones, setting him on the path to becoming a demon… After overcoming countless obstacles, Luo Wuya would become a Demon Lord, only to die in the war between immortals and demons. His corpse would then be refined into a parasite corpse by the overpowered protagonist and spend every day serving tea and water. His entire life proved just one thing: the harder you try, the unluckier you get. But what did any of that have to do with Ye Lingxuan, a plant that only needed to drink dew to grow? That is, until Luo Wuya broke through to a new level of cultivation and Ye Lingxuan suddenly turned from a plant into a person, with no way to turn back! Oh no, he absolutely did not want to be human! Luo Wuya: “Plant, hurry up and cultivate. If you don’t cultivate after gaining sentience, I can’t advance.” Ye Lingxuan: “A plant is just a plant. Plants can’t cultivate.” Luo Wuya: “Plants can’t talk, either! Hurry up and cultivate!” Ye Lingxuan would rather die than cultivate! Hadn’t he seen how much worse things got when you tried too hard? One day, Luo Wuya somehow got his hands on a dual cultivation manual. He said, “Plant, I’ll give you two choices: cultivate by yourself, or… cultivate with me.” What a cultivation maniac! Despicable! Shameless! Vile! Ye Lingxuan: “I choose dual cultivation.” Theme: Love can overcome any hardship.
