Jiang Fei was a werewolf. One day, she woke up to find that not only had she reverted to her childhood form and lost the ability to transform into a human, but she had also ended up in an unfamiliar world.
Here, she was called a stray “dog.”
While trying to find her way home and reunite with her pack, Jiang Fei was caught and taken to a place called a “dog cafe.” There, she made lots of new friends and learned how the little animals in this world worked.
The puppies greeted people at the door and invited them in to play. They jumped into people's arms, letting them pet and cuddle them, while enjoying all sorts of delicious food.
Jiang Fei, a country wolf from the grasslands: “What? Is this what city dogs do every day?!”
Homesick Jiang Fei made plans to escape, and all the other dogs pitched in to help. But just as she was making her escape from the dog cafe, a woman adopted her.
//
At her mother's request, Bei Hanzhu came to a dog cafe that was close to going out of business after work at her law firm, to adopt a puppy for her mother. Understanding how busy the staff were, she offered to look for one herself, remembering that the only little black dog in the shop was the one she wanted.
Bei Hanzhu was lucky. She found the little black dog, named Xue Bei, without much trouble and brought her home.
But could someone explain this to Bei Hanzhu?
Why had the dog she was raising turned into a person? And if she could turn into a person, why was she saying that she wasn't a dog, but a werewolf?
//
“Can you tell me again why you picked me out of all those puppies?”
Jiang Fei lay on Bei Hanzhu's shoulder and asked, her wolf tail swaying lazily.
Bei Hanzhu pinched her wolf ears. “Because I can't tell wolves from dogs, and you were the only black one there.”
Jiang Fei raised an eyebrow and pretended to bite Bei Hanzhu's neck. In the end, she couldn't bring herself to do it, so she just brushed her sharp teeth over the surface of her skin.
Bei Hanzhu turned her head and kissed Jiang Fei on the forehead, then said with a soft laugh:
“Actually, the first time I saw you, I felt that there might be a story between us.”
Reader's Guide:
1. Pure romance, one-on-one. They're evenly matched and take turns being on top. A reader once asked about this in my last switch couple novel; the main story may not include related scenes.
2. Before Jiang Fei reveals herself, Bei Hanzhu only feels affection for her fluffy animal form. Romance can only begin after she turns human.
3. Some parts of the story may not stand up to close scrutiny because I've thrown logic out the window. There may be some unrealistic pet-care practices. If I notice any, I'll correct them in the author's notes.
4. To be added.
Blurb for my next novel, The Bloodkin I Picked Up Ate Me Up
Ran Ruozhu transmigrated to another world, where she had to survive in the wilderness from the start. Luckily, Ran Ruozhu had loved outdoor adventures since childhood and had plenty of survival experience.
On the third day of resting in a makeshift shelter, Ran Ruozhu met a young woman her own age named Dominica. They were both stranded in the jungle.
Dominica had delicate features and a pale, sickly complexion. She was the sort of fragile person, like a glass crystal, whom Ran Ruozhu had hardly ever seen. She didn't seem to belong in such a harsh wilderness at all.
Someone had definitely dumped her here on purpose!
Ran Ruozhu thought as she stroked Dominica's head. The other girl was curled up obediently in her arms, trembling at the thunder and lightning.
Out of pity, Ran Ruozhu decided to take this poor thing, who looked like she might drop dead any second, with her as she made her way out of the jungle.
“If you don't have anywhere else to go once we're out, you can stay with me.”
Ran Ruozhu said this as she lay next to Dominica in the uninhabited jungle.
“Okay.” The young woman's body was cold. Even in Ran Ruozhu's arms, she didn't warm up at all. Outside the shelter, the rain pattered steadily. “Wherever you go, I'll go. But...”
“Promise you won't leave me behind.”
//
Ran Ruozhu knew there was something off about her girlfriend, Dominica: a low body temperature, sensitivity to the smell of blood, and an aversion to light...
After living on the continent of Taluo for nearly a year, Ran Ruozhu had learned a little about this magical place. She knew it was home not only to humans, but also to werewolves, the undead, and...
Bloodkin.
Ran Ruozhu had never been curious about Dominica's identity or the surname that followed her first name.
She simply pretended that they were the most ordinary, happy couple in the world.
Dominica Percy.
Percy.
The oldest and most powerful bloodkin family on the continent of Taluo.
Dominica was the next head of the Percy family.
The red moon was an eye, watching every living thing on the land.
The undead mourned, and wolf howls rang through the night.
Ran Ruozhu clutched the two puncture wounds on her shoulder where sharp fangs had bitten into her. She stumbled away in a daze, her white clothes soaked red with blood.
But it wasn't her blood. It was Dominica's.
When the soft silver dagger pierced Dominica's body, Ran Ruozhu was strangely calm. She watched Dominica's eyes clear, watched her collapse, watched her reach out toward Ran Ruozhu...
Ran Ruozhu didn't look back. She left the cozy little home they had once shared.
//
Dominica met an interesting person during her family's hunting season. She secretly decided that Ran Ruozhu was her own personal prey and drove off the other members of her kind who had their eyes on her.
Would a predator ever go soft on its food?
Dominica denied it. She just wanted to see where Ran Ruozhu got all those strange ideas, feel the warmth of Ran Ruozhu's body a little longer, and kiss her soft lips...
Ahem. In any case, Dominica had her own plans, and no one else needed to worry about them.
But how could Ran Ruozhu leave her and run away?
They had clearly promised each other:
“Promise you won't leave her behind.”
If you're going to betray Dominica, be prepared for her revenge.
Theme: Never give up hope, even in difficult circumstances. Keep looking forward.
Suddenly I want to throw Xiaobei, who turned into a logical cat, into a very cold place (evil)
Finished spreading flowers [Come on], congratulations to the author for completing the second work, I have read it in two times to catch up, and I am ready to write some of my own thoughts after reading it [dog head]
Let's talk about this book first, an all-female sweet novel that contains elements of orcs and interstellar elements. My personal favorite is the plot of Xiao Jiang and Xiao Bei's battle of wits before the vest is gone. It is very tense and very interesting. The little wolf likes to play dumb and the owner Xiao Bei who loves furry. In fact, this is also one of the selling points of the orcs (the story of the snail girl is enduring). I actually hope that this master-pet relationship can be extended or have a play (bushi) after the horse is lost, but Xiao Jiang is obviously unwilling [laughing and crying]. There is no doubt that the falling horse plot is the watershed between the emotional line and the plot line of this book.
Let's talk about the emotional line first. The relationship between the two people first appeared in the first meeting between Ma Jia Jiang Jiang and Xiao Bei. Xiao Bei was already attracted and started to pursue the plan at that time, but soon fell off the horse. The emotional line temporarily stagnated in the following chapters. The explanation given by the author is that Xiao Bei couldn't tell whether he was excited or afraid for a while, but he quickly adjusted. After the completion of the main plot, the emotional line also fell into place. This book does not have the same emotional conflicts as the previous book, mainly because of the difference between the heartless Little Wolf and the sentimental Xiao Ni. This book is basically sweet and non-violent, but appropriate conflicting plot settings can increase the tension of the article and create explosive points to attract readers, which are so-called cruel points (not thunderous points!!). It's a pity that this book is still relatively clear. In fact, even if the author dare not write it explicitly, he can still mention it appropriately. Otherwise, it would be like two high school students falling in love.
The plot line is a pity. There are spies and investigators in the front. I thought it would be a big trouble, but I didn't expect it to be solved in such a dramatic way. The purpose of catching the orcs is not as complicated and dark as I thought. It is a relatively traditional plot. It feels a bit like thunder and rain, but I don't know if it was originally big. The outline is just like that. The author also said that it may be 300,000 words long and he can't grasp the plot. Logically speaking, I wouldn't be surprised if such an interstellar capital autumn company has its own private army. Its means and energy cannot be defeated in such a dramatic way, and even with the help of another force, it is unlikely to be so simple. Finally, there is the attitude of humans towards the orcs. The official attitude of humans is a bit abnormal. If this was an interstellar colonial era, the official attitude of humans towards the orcs would probably not be any better than autumn. Morality will always come second to interests. Of course, it's okay to write it like this, otherwise I always feel like I'm going to get a knife. It's very satisfying to watch it, and it's rated as a space comedy with a fairy tale color [Milk Tea]
I heard that the next book will be a Western fantasy. I found it very interesting after reading the text. I don't know what the factors are that prevent the author from writing all-female books. Is it a breeding problem? But I think Western fantasy can completely give birth to children through magic. There is also the Pillow Princess book that names non-female characters. I hope that even if it does, it will only be used as a background board, and will not be involved in emotional lines or even disgusting plots. The author's pre-accepted articles are more realistic, which is more reasonable. After all, Jinbai's market base is that urban modern themes are more popular [Milk Tea]
Being able to insist on updating and writing two books completely has surpassed 90% of new authors. Many people have empty ideas but like to be pigeons. The author is already very powerful. Keep up the good work [Spread Flowers]
Hahaha, I can only go to school.
