After her parents finally decided to divorce, Limo wasn't surprised when her mother chose to leave Kanto for Kansai.
Fortunately, unlike the last-minute decision to transfer her to Seiyo Academy, this time her mother at least waited until she graduated from elementary school before taking her away from the Kanto region.
Her mother chose her middle school, too. She heard it was a school set up in a temple.
But Limo figured that her mother, busy dealing with a new work environment, had probably only confirmed that the middle school was indeed housed in an old, solemn temple, that its academic performance and the like were pretty good, and that it was conveniently close to their new home before enrolling her.
After all, Limo figured that even her mother, who got angry just seeing her watch comedy variety shows on TV, wouldn't choose a school known as the "prestigious academy of slapstick."
Little theater AU
At Shitenhoji's new student entrance ceremony that year, three first-years became famous.
They were Mouri and Haratetsu, who arrived late and appeared behind the principal as he delivered his routine joke at the entrance ceremony, then instinctively struck the same funny pose as him; and Limo, who, due to her height, stood at the very front of the line. When she saw her two classmates' poorly executed comedic poses, she instinctively and sternly corrected their posture, earning the principal's approval.
"Add a brand-new move, and that's a perfect comedy bit!"
Reader's guide:
1. No CP. Not just the Shitenhoji kids, everyone's Limo's good boy (crossed out).
2. The story mainly follows tennis, with everyday cameos from characters including, but not limited to, those from Detective Conan.
3. That's it. If you're fine with all that, read on.
