Aoki-kun of Inarizaki

The main focus is volleyball, with Tezuka as the pairing. Inarizaki is a powerhouse, and wins both the Interhigh and Spring High championships.

Aoki Takuto has been around volleyball since he was old enough to run. Although he once considered giving it up, with the support of his childhood friend Tezuka, he kept going down the path of volleyball.

Seigaku, the junior high school he attended, wasn't a strong volleyball team. They couldn't even make it to the national tournament, so he barely got to play any matches over those three years.

After thinking it over again and again, Aoki Takuto decided to transfer for high school and join one of Tokyo's volleyball powerhouses!

Would it be Inarizaki or Fukurodani?

He'd known Fukurodani's Bokuto for years. If he went there, Bokuto would surely be thrilled and would definitely recommend him to the coach.

But at Inarizaki, there was Sakuza, the senior he admired for his skill with spin shots.

Sorry, Bokuto. I'm choosing Inarizaki!

The Interhigh national tournament, Spring High, the National Sports Festival, the Black Eagle Flag tournament, overseas school training camps, practice matches between various powerhouses...

After joining Inarizaki and becoming a regular, Aoki Takuto was dazzled by the endless stream of matches.

Oh my god, so this is what it's like to be a volleyball powerhouse! Getting to play this many matches in one semester is bliss! And all the upperclassmen are such great people, too.

After helping the team win two national championships in his first year, Aoki Takuto clenched his fist: I will love Inarizaki forever!!

There are lots of original details, especially about Inarizaki, since the source material gives us so little.

Also, the tennis story won't follow the U-17 New Prince of Tennis plot. The captain will still go to Germany, but that will be after high school graduation.
