As a veteran player of Jian Wang 3, Qu Zeyan was thrilled to hear that the game's full-dive version was about to launch and that he could carry over his character from the flagship version. He immediately bought a full-dive helmet.
To experience the revamped story the developers had promised, Qu Zeyan nostalgically decided to take his max-level Poisoner, whose name matched his own, and quest from the starting village.
Then he picked up two adorable newbies.
One was a male Tian Ce with the ID Big Man Holding a Palm-Sized Pig. The other was a male Peng Lai with the ID King of Qin Invades the Nation and the City.
These two newbies didn't even know the most basic lightness skill. When Qu Zeyan encountered them, they were repeatedly getting stuck in trees and under eaves at the lightness-skill tutorial.
Drawn in by their hilarious IDs, Qu Zeyan watched them for a while, then decisively went over to say hello. "Hey, do you need a master?"
238 BCE / Sixth Year of Jianyuan
Having just completed his coming-of-age ceremony, the King of Qin, Ying Zheng / Liu Che, who had just held the funeral for Empress Dowager Dou Yifang, returned to Xianyang Palace / Weiyang Palace to read a few memorials before resting. He had only just sat down when a chime sounded and a screen popped up before his eyes.
The full-dive version of Jianxia Qingyuan Online 3 is launching with a bang! Countless free rewards and hidden surprises await! Come join us!

King of Qin, Ying Zheng / Liu Che: What is this?
Question: How is the full-dive version of Jian Wang 3? Is it fun to take on apprentices?
Early days as a master:
Qu Zeyan: My apprentices are great. Their controls are a little rough, but they're eager to learn, and smart enough to apply what they've learned. They're wonderful apprentices!
Midway through:
Qu Zeyan: My dear apprentices, I really don't want to dig through historical documents anymore! Ask me something easy and fun for a change!
Later on:
Qu Zeyan: Thanks for asking. I'm in the arena, and already halfway dead... Big Man Holding a Palm-Sized Pig, how many times do I have to tell you not to dash thirty feet away like a wild dog! I can't heal you from here! And you, King of Qin! So you can fly, big deal! Get down here for a heal or you're going to die! You're still flying around up there!
I wish I could go back in time and slap the me who decided to take apprentices. How did a short-legged healer like me think I could heal a Tian Ce and a Peng Lai?
A lighthearted comedy full of laughs, with a few historical spoilers. Not historically accurate. If it bothers you, please stop reading and cut your losses.
No romance, friendship-focused. The protagonist doesn't know his apprentices' true identities. (He might find out in an extra.)
Message: Make up for regrets and work hard to create a better future.
