The Beast Keeper and His Superstar Crew

A slow-witted, honest beast keeper bottom x a self-deluding, flirtatious celebrity top

Xiao Mo is a zookeeper, responsible for looking after the zoo's stars: two Bengal white tigers in the big-cat enclosure.

One day, the director gives him a new assignment: host their sponsor, Mu Chenxing.

He knows who Mu Chenxing is: a local celebrity and a top-tier star famous for both singing and acting.

He doesn't want to host him. That face is too eye-catching, and it'll inevitably draw a crowd.

More people = suffocation

But there's no choice. Their zoo is nonprofit and needs money to feed the animals, pay the staff, and maintain the grounds. So they accept sponsorships and let people adopt animals.

The director says, "Just treat him like one of the cubs and coax him along. You're good at that! They're both stars, so it's the same thing!"

Xiao Mo: "..."

How is that the same?

But for the sake of making sure the cubs get meat at every meal, he has to do his best!

He takes Mu Chenxing to meet the cubs.

Mu Chenxing thinks the "cubs" Xiao Mo mentioned are baby animals. But when they arrive, he finds two large, muscular white tigers.

Xiao Mo feeds them. "Xiaobao, Xiaoguai, come eat! Open those little mouths nice and wide~"

Mu Chenxing: "..."

Xiaobao bares his teeth and licks his fangs: Grr! (Let's see if I won't eat you!)

Xiaoguai strolls lazily and swishes his tail: Hmph~ (How dare you get close to my daddy!)

A month later

Mu Chenxing: "What about me? You call them Xiaobao and Xiaoguai all day. Aren't I your baby too?"

Xiao Mo blushes and forces himself to coax him. "Mm, you're a baby too, but you're a big baby now. You have to learn to comfort yourself~"

Mu Chenxing: "..."

But secretly, he's thrilled! He called me his big baby!

Bonus scene:

Mu Chenxing, clingy as bubble gum, follows Xiao Mo to feed the animals.

Xiao Mo calls to the two cubs: "Xiaobao, Xiaoguai, come have some chilled watermelon~"

Xiaobao and Xiaoguai: Chomp! (Toss it into our mouths!)

Mu Chenxing opens his mouth: "Ah~"

Xiao Mo says helplessly, "You want some too?"

Mu Chenxing: "But you won't give me the things I want~"
