Asaba Yuma's Crossover Journey

During a Hollow operation, Asaba Yuma entered a rift under the guidance of a Proxy and unexpectedly arrived in a new world.

The good news: Eous was still with him, and he hadn't lost contact with the shopkeeper.

The bad news: Since they were separated by an entire world, the shopkeeper couldn't talk with him for very long.

The one consolation was that Fairy could still communicate with Eous. In other words, Yuma could still get guidance and wouldn't be left completely on his own.

Since that was the case, he might as well explore this new world and look for a way home.

Oh my, with circumstances like these, surely the deputy section chief won't refuse his leave request?

When Gojo Satoru arrived at the scene of a mission, he happened to see a Grade 1 cursed spirit attacking a young man who looked rather frail.

He was about to rush in and save him when the young man darted aside. The longbow in his hands transformed into two blades, which he deftly used to block the curse's attack. Then he quickly retreated and drew his bowstring.

A flash of lightning, and the Grade 1 cursed spirit was reduced to dust.

Gojo Satoru whistled.

The thought that crossed the high schooler's mind was, for once, exactly the same as his adult self's:

Interesting. Let's recruit him into Jujutsu High. He'd make a great employee!

Nakajima Atsushi of the Armed Detective Agency picked up a young man who had lost his way.

The young man smiled before he spoke. His lively golden eyes were like a cat's, making him easy to like at first glance. But once they started talking, it didn't take long for his true nature to show.

To help him find the way home he kept talking about, Nakajima Atsushi tried to piece together the clues.

"Do you remember your family? How did you end up there?"

"My family abandoned me when I was little because they found out I had an incurable disease. Later, I guess they realized my illness would make me useful for research, so after being passed around a few times, I ended up being sold there."

"W-what?! I'm so, so sorry..."

", Just kidding."

The young man's amused voice rang out at the same time as the detective's muffled words, spoken while he lounged on the sofa and crunched on potato chips.

Edogawa Ranpo didn't even turn around. "That guy doesn't have any disease. And even if he did, he got better ages ago."

Edogawa Conan spotted a suspicious stranger downstairs, someone he'd never seen before.

He secretly followed and watched the man, going about his own daily routine along the way. Just when he thought he wouldn't find out anything, the suspicious stranger lowered his head and started talking to himself.

After exploring two worlds, Asaba Yuma was admittedly a little tired, even if the experience had been fun. Half-joking, he complained that he missed the little cats on the streets of Lumina Square, and at last the shopkeeper gave him a countdown to his return home.

The shopkeeper said the data analysis needed just a little more time. Until then, they'd send him to another world for a relaxing vacation.

Trusting his partner, Asaba Yuma stepped into the rift.

Then, on his very first day after landing

he ran into five separate cases on the same street.

Geto Suguru was intrigued, Dazai Osamu watched him closely, and Akai Shuichi found him interesting.

Everyone wondered why the vast sky and free-flying birds were always reflected in those golden eyes.

The young man blinked and smiled without a word. The mechanical creature beside him, called a Bangboo, generously answered their questions.

"Good things will happen as long as you're alive." Asaba Yuma believed this, and so it would come true.

Stand somewhere the wind blows, and perhaps one day flowers will bloom over your wounds.
