Evil Red Robin's Plan to Rule the World

As long as there's life, there's a fight!

The world has yet to be monitored (crossed out)

The world isn't at peace yet. How am I supposed to sleep?!

After enduring countless trials and tribulations, Red Robin Tim Drake finally brought Batman back from the timestream where he'd been lost.

But Batman wasn't the only one who returned.

Brother Eye, an artificial intelligence from the future, arrived with the bad news that the universe was about to be rebooted.

Heh, no big deal. Ever since Tim made his debut, the universe has either been on the brink of destruction or about to be destroyed.

Tim was busy. His plan to monitor the entire world was about to begin, and he wished he could optimize his sleep schedule. He only had three minutes to listen to the AI babble.

Who knew that the very next second, he would end up as Mayor Drake for three days:

To give the universe one more second, please make your debut (Nooo!)

Let's start over. Please help your alternate-universe counterpart overthrow the [redacted] industry!

Huh?

Me?

Main Storyline One: Gotham Mayor Timothy:

I've been waiting for this day for a long time. Citizens, it's time to make Gotham great again!

Make Gotham Great Again!

Main Storyline Two: Red Robin and Earth-3:

Tim: Seriously? Seriously? This is all my evil Talon-killer self can do? That's it?!

Main Storyline Three: Red Robin and the Arkham Knight

"Bruce, as Robin, I'm sorry to inform you that you've been suspended. You can resume your career as Batman only after you fix the mess you've caused."

...I'll leave what happens next for another time.

Warnings:

1. Other characters have one-sided crushes on Tim, but Tim is a total workaholic.

2. The characterization is mainly based on P52. Any OOC behavior is my fault.

3. The author really loves Tim.

Who could've guessed that I'd be catching up on comics while juggling over a dozen what-if storylines, then write a sixty-thousand-word outline in just a few days...

Saved on 2024.12.13. Screenshot taken. I'll start after I finish the comics.

Ugh, my blurb is so bad. I'll leave it at this for now.
