Lord Superman brings back a new Batman

↓↓↓↓

The day Bruce and his partner Clark fell out for good, Bruce brought a man home.

The man stood beside Clark, with vivid red lips, a pale face, and Bruce's clothes. He looked very much like Bruce.

"Bruce, I respect your choice, but you have to understand my mission, too. His name is Bruce as well. He's you from a parallel world, and he's suffered so much. He needs us more than you do."

Clark explained stiffly.

"He'll be the new Batman until the day you're willing to come back."

But when they founded the Justice League, Clark had promised to give him the position of League advisor. No matter what, he would always be the one in that role.

An explosion.

A war.

Everything changed.

They became enemies, and a new Batman stood by Superman's side.

The man smiled at Bruce.

His pale smile was like a nightmare, and his low, hoarse voice sounded almost apologetic: "I'm sorry. I never meant to take your place, but Clark's plan has reached a crucial point."

Bruce was Batman. He understood Batman better than anyone.

"Don't even dream of it," he said coldly.

"That day will never come, Superman."
