When a Psychopath Meets a Fox Spirit

Tan Ji discovered something incredible.

Over the past few years, as his mental illness has grown more severe, he has found that whenever he falls asleep, he enters another world.

That world is like the realm of cultivators in the legends of ancient Huaxia: they can fly through the sky and burrow into the earth, wielding the power to move mountains and overturn seas.

What's more, Tan Ji discovered that in his dreams, he randomly possesses someone. On his first night in that world, an old man covered in black mist, who looked even more mentally unwell than Tan Ji, waved a flag and cackled, "Boy, today I'll use your life to offer up my Ten Thousand Souls Banner!"

On reflex, Tan Ji reached for the gun at his waist. Bang! A laser shot out, and the old man fell to the ground.

Tan Ji patted his gun with lingering fear. Good thing he'd brought it.

Wait! Brought it?

That's when Tan Ji realized that anything he had on him before falling asleep would appear in his dream that night, and anything he was holding in the cultivation world before waking up could come back with him to reality.

Tan Ji, mental patient, retired former Federation Marshal, arms dealer: I have a daring idea...

And so, a mighty figure possessing all manner of peerless divine weapons appeared in the cultivation world.

They say he has many incarnations outside his body, appearing as anything from a mountain scholar to a masked peddler on a street corner, but no one has ever seen his true face.

They say his strength is unfathomable, and that he has all kinds of divine weapons, with no one able to withstand a single blow from him.

They say he has a strange personality and loves to rob people of all sorts of rare treasures.

They say he has countless followers, including even You Que, the Demon King and master of Tianxuan Mountain.

"It's all nonsense!"

Hearing these rumors, the Demon King kicked over a table.

Just thinking about that man with something wrong in his head made You Que seethe.

And why? Because when they first met, Tan Ji shamelessly felt up the red fox with nine tails from head to toe. The second time they met, the two of them somehow ended up in bed together.

You Que had every right to be angry.

Tan Ji smiled and said, "Good little fox, let me see your tails."

He was genuinely curious how a fox could grow nine tails.

You Que: ... We already slept together, and all you want is to see my tails?
