The Buddhist Monk Doesn't Want to Fall in Love

Wen Ren Yu has recently become obsessed with a single-player game called Saint Simulator.

Step one to becoming a saint: shave your head and become a monk.

Step two: leave the beginner's village and help the world.

Step three... Uh... step three was cut short on the way to step two.

Wen Ren Yu hadn't even left the beginner's village when his phone charger leaked electricity as he plugged it in, electrocuting him to death.

After dying, Wen Ren Yu was bound to a "Saint Simulator" System and transported into the world of the game he had been playing.

On the road out of the beginner's village, the little monk, who had been standing dazed in the middle of the path, suddenly raised a hand.

Wen Ren Yu touched his shiny bald head and fell into deep thought.

If he'd known he was going to die, he wouldn't have rushed to become a monk.

The Saint Simulator System said that their mission was to attain sainthood through merit!

Look! Such a righteous, noble, and magnificent mission!

That would be true, if only every single task didn't seem so... inappropriate.

[Ding! A little demon fifty meters ahead has been poisoned with a deadly aphrodisiac. Host, please offer your chastity to save him.]

Wen Ren Yu: ?

[Ding! A nearby demon lord plans to kill someone and seize their treasure. Host, please use your broad, warm chest to win him over!]

Wen Ren Yu: Shouldn't that be my open heart?

[Ding! A cold and aloof newlywed whose spouse just died has been detected fifty meters ahead. Host, please comfort his wounded heart.]

Wen Ren Yu: ? Do you want to listen to yourself? Is this something a person should be doing?

[Ding! Detec...]

"Stop!"

[Ding! Det...]

"Stop!"

[Ding! ...]

"Stop!"

After interrupting the System for the Nth time to no avail, Wen Ren Yu could only pretend it wasn't there. If he kept being such a "saint," all the people he'd gotten involved with could circle the world three times over.

You shouldn't be called Saint Simulator. You should be called Playboy Simulator.

Looking at the mountain of romantic debts behind him, Wen Ren Yu had never been more sincere in his devotion to Buddha.

Being a Buddhist cultivator is great. Really!

[Basically, a story about a high-and-mighty flower of a male lead pursued by lots of male love interests]

P.S.:

★ The male lead is gentle, not a playboy, but his kindness unintentionally gets him tangled up in many romantic entanglements.

★ Pairing undecided.
