The Devil Took My...

On the verge of dying from an illness, with little time left, Gui Lan made a deal with the devil.

The devil promised to take certain "intangible things" from her and give her a large amount of money in return. The more money she spent, the better her health would become.

After a serious illness, Gui Lan didn't care about money. She only wanted a healthy body.

So as soon as she woke up, she tried to spend money as quickly as possible.

Game purchases, huge donations, livestream tips, buying land and houses. The devil placed no restrictions on how she spent, though the rate of return varied.

Come to think of it, what exactly had the devil taken from her?

Was it happiness, courage, or love?

...It really did seem to be love.

When she spent time with men who made her heart flutter, she earned more money. But as soon as she received it, that fluttering feeling faded considerably.

One man brought her five million yuan for an hour. So a hundred men for an hour would bring her five hundred million.

Gui Lan tried to invite a hundred men she liked at once. They thought they were competing on a dating show called Heartbeat 101 and started fighting like crazy.

Gui Lan: ?

Don't do this $\QAQ/$!

Day by day, though she spent money quickly, she earned it even faster, and Gui Lan's fortune grew steadily.

Eventually, she saw the devil again and hurried to ask.

Gui Lan: So what exactly did I lose?

Devil: The vital foundation of the human spirit, the treasury of the soul where life begins, the turbulent emotions devils love so very much...

Gui Lan: Love, right?

Devil: Lust!

Gui Lan: ?

Devil: ?
