In short, this is an invincible-protagonist story about a little boy from Jinjiang, born with the soul of a certain adult romance author, who has no choice but to go through the modern male-oriented plotlines that became popular after Qidian cleaned up its content. (In other words, it’s a career-focused story with no romance. The male lead is the reader’s wife!)
Here’s the blurb:
What would you do if you had a tiny body that everyone, regardless of whether they were a different sex, the same sex, or even a different species, would notice at a glance and think was absolutely adorable?
A certain transmigrator (beyond what can be known): Honestly, I never thought making up some random transmigrator identity would actually let me transmigrate!
A certain beyond-what-can-be-known: But since I really did escape from the dream of that tone-deaf piece of trash, and don’t have to suffer through the noise anymore, I’m fired up!
A certain beyond-what-can-be-known: First, just like the transmigration setup I made up for myself, I’ll give myself a name. Le Ke sounds pretty good. Then I’ll build a brothel (dungeon).
Le Ke: Let’s offer Cthulhu to this beautiful world!
Le Ke: Allow me to formally introduce your new Heavenly Father and Creator, the indescribable Le Ke.
And the most beautiful, delightful tentacles upon His person.
Le Ke: Next, we can enjoy dungeon tabletop campaigns, hero challenges, and all sorts of games about saving Le Ke!
Le Ke: If you lose, you’ll become a dungeon monster.
Le Ke: Then the new heroes can fight alongside the old ones. It’s a classic for a righteous hero to fall into depravity and become an evil minion!
And what if they win?
Le Ke: Hmm...?
Le Ke: Do you want to kiss tentacles as cute as mine, too?
P.S. In short, he’s just so cute that the whole world wants to have him!
P.S. The inspiration came from the well-known text-based dungeon-management game era Demon King, the well-known text-based game era98, a certain famous Jinjiang novel, and Nyako's management sim Sweet Little Shop (that book is highly recommended! Go read it! The author is a genius! It’s a perfect hit for Cthulhu fans like me!).
P.S. If you haven’t heard of those games, please don’t look them up. You’re a good kid, so keep it that way.
P.S. The protagonist is invincible! An Ancient God! A great tentacled plush ball! Oh, right, don’t doubt it: it’s that Le Ke you might know. I borrowed that kid’s name. So, what kind of person is the protagonist...? Well.
P.S. But at heart, this is a Jinjiang-style story with a weak Cthulhu setting. The boy-love romance and the Cthulhu elements I love get equal billing! So it’s not like my other Cthulhu-themed work, where survival depends on getting lucky.
P.S. Finally, it’d be even better if I could meet players of those games. I’d be more than happy to have an in-depth discussion with you about how games influence and develop a story’s plot.
Theme: Feel good! Isn’t the whole point of writing and reading novels to have a good time?
11111 Are all era dungeons, of course you have to defeat the brave and breed the monsters hehe
